- You may receive text messages from the specific HCWC brand location you enrolled with, but because we operate on shared systems, your mobile number and messaging preferences are accessible across all six HCWC brands.
- Each brand may operate separate messaging campaigns; however, your consent and opt-out status will be honored system-wide to ensure you do not receive messages after opting out from any HCWC brand.
- Message sender name will typically reflect the brand you enrolled with
- Mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes

When you enroll in HCWC’s text messaging programs for rewards, promotional alerts, and marketing, we collect and process the following information:

- Messaging platform provider (Heymarket) who deliver and route text messages on our behalf
- Telecommunications carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) for message delivery
- 10DLC Campaign Registry operators (The Campaign Registry) to register and verify our messaging campaigns as required by U.S. carriers
These third-party service providers are contractually obligated to:
- Use your SMS data only to provide messaging services to HCWC
- Implement appropriate security and privacy safeguards
- Not use your mobile number for their own marketing or sell it to other parties
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Consent, Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Management
SMS
- SMS consent is separate from email or other communication preferences. You may opt in or out of text messages independently without affecting other subscriptions
- You can withdraw consent and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any HCWC text or by contacting us at rewards@hcwc.com
- After you opt out, we will retain your number and opt-out record to honor your request and comply with legal requirements, but we will not send further marketing messages (except one confirmation of your opt-out).
- Email consent is separate from text messaging or other communication preferences. You may subscribe to or unsubscribe from emails independently without affecting other subscriptions
- You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any HCWC marketing email, or by contacting us at rewards@hcwc.com
- After you unsubscribe, we will retain your email address and unsubscribe record to honor your request and comply with legal requirements, but we will not send further marketing emails
- You may continue to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, account notifications) even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, as these are necessary to provide services you’ve requested

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. HCWC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may. Contact your mobile provider for details about your messaging plan.
Retention of SMS Data
We retain SMS consent records, opt-in/opt-out timestamps, and related data for as long as necessary to:

- Comply with TCPA, 10DLC, and telecommunications regulations (typically 4-7 years after opt-out or program termination)
